UK TRADE SHIPPING
- Cost - £11 for 1L+ orders or £3.99 for sample orders
- Free delivery when you spend £275+
- 1L+ orders sent via DPD's 24 hour service, samples sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For
- Place your order by midday to have your order delivered in 2 working days (orders placed by midday will be picked up the following working day, for delivery the next working day). We don't offer weekend delivery
- Dispatched the next working day after you order (during busy periods or during adverse weather this may not be possible, we will contact you if this is the case)
- Signature ordinarily required on all deliveries, except during Covid-19 at present
- For 1L+ orders you will get a text and/or email from DPD the morning of your delivery with an hour delivery window. You can rearrange this online, or with the DPD app or nominate a safe place for your order to be left
- We don't currently offer our trade products to overseas customers
- We do not dispatch on weekends or bank holidays we offer a working day only service.
- On occasion smaller trade orders may be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery instead of DPD - you will still receive your order in the same time period.
