2. With your ring finger, gently tap a nickel-sized amount of Rice Water Bright Vegan Eye Cream onto the entire eye area, including under-eye skin (or lower eyelid) and upper eyelids. Use this daily, morning and night.
3. After cleansing and applying eye cream, apply dime-sized or desired amount of belif The True Cream Aqua Bomb to face in a gentle patting motion. Can be used daily, morning and night.
