LG beauty Rewards is an online program that rewards enrolled members with points every time they shop on LGbeauty.com. Points can then be redeemed for dollars toward a future order.

In addition to shopping on LGbeauty.com, members can earn points by performing other actions
such as following us on social media and referring friends.

Signing up is free for all! Simply click on the “JOIN NOW” button. Enter your email address, name, password, and check the “join LG beauty Rewards” checkbox to get started.

If you already have an LGbeauty.com account and are not enrolled in the LG beauty Rewards program, log in to your account, go to the Rewards Landing Page, then click JOIN NOW. On the pop-up, check the “join LG beauty Rewards” checkbox and click “JOIN”.

For starters - each member gets a reward just for creating an LG beauty account. Aside from earning points through purchases, you can add your birthday to your account to earn points and follow us on social media. Access all the ways to earn under Ways to Earn section above.

Points for an order are reflected in your account and available for redemption when your order has shipped. You may view your points in My Account, on the Rewards Landing Page, and at Checkout.

Redeem your points in checkout by using the point selector above your cart total to choose the amount you would like to apply, then click the "APPLY" button. You must earn 300 points before you can redeem.

For each $1 spent, you will earn 1 point.

No, unfortunately we cannot award points to past orders. Make sure to create an account and enroll in the rewards program before placing an order so you can earn points!

We cannot combine points from multiple accounts or transfer points between accounts.

If you would like to opt-out please send an email to support@lgbeauty.com or call 866-993-4709. If you opt-out of the rewards program, all points are removed. If you opt-in in the future, you will not get your previous points back.

If you use your rewards points towards a purchase and later decide to return that item, your rewards points will be credited back to your rewards account.

In this situation, we would remove the earned points from your account.

Yes, points expire one year after earning. For example, if you earn 50 points on January 1st, 2024, you have until January 1st, 2025 to spend those points before they expire.

VIP Tiers are levels within our LG beauty Rewards program that unlock additional benefits based on how much you spend with us over time. The more you shop, the more rewards you can earn.

You qualify for a VIP Tier based on your total Amount Spent during a rolling 12-month period while logged into your account.

Current tier thresholds are:

VIP Tier status is valid for 12 consecutive months from the date you qualify for a tier.

For example, if you qualify for a tier on March 3, 2025, your tier status will remain active until March 3, 2026.

Yes. If you reach a higher spending threshold during your 12-month tier term, you will be upgraded automatically and will keep the new tier for 12 months from the upgrade date.

At the end of your 12-month tier term, your VIP Tier will be re-evaluated based on your total Amount Spent during the previous 12 months. Your tier may stay the same, move up, or move down depending on your spending.

Yes. Returns, cancellations, and order adjustments may reduce your qualifying Amount Spent and can impact your tier eligibility or status.

Each VIP Tier offers additional rewards and/or incentives. Benefits may vary by tier and can change over time.

All VIP Tier benefits:

Elite tier members receive a one-time complimentary product. Free products are processed on a monthly basis, and the specific product may vary depending on inventory and availability at the time of fulfillment.

The complimentary product has no cash value, is non-transferable, and is subject to program rules.

No. If you are enrolled in our LG beauty Rewards program, you will automatically be placed into the VIP Tier you qualify for based on your spending. There’s nothing extra you need to sign up for.

Yes. We may change, update, or discontinue VIP Tiers, tier thresholds, or benefits at any time, with or without notice.
