STEP 4
Post shower, on a clean or lightly oiled scalp and hold the gua sha at a 30–45° angle, gently gliding from hairline to crown and nape in slow, upward strokes for 3–5 minutes to boost circulation and relieve tension. Clean with mild soap and dry after each use. Do not press too hard; use gentle, comfortable pressure.
